Notion Ship OS Launch — Agents Handle Everything from Feedback to PR Merges

Announced on their official X account on July 9, 2026, Ship OS is designed to handle the entire product development cycle—from customer feedback intake to issue triage and PR merges—directly within the Notion workspace. Under this structure, agents handle the triage, routing, and summarization, while the team only makes the final decisions. Coming on the heels of the Developer Platform on May 13 and External Agents orchestrating Claude and Cursor on July 1, this is the third agent-related feature released in just two months. Even if you have already built workflow automations using Zapier, n8n, or Make, this announcement is well worth noting.
