i-have-adhd is an open-source Agent Skill that changes the output format of coding agents so they do not bury core answers under verbose explanations or unnecessary introductions. Regardless of whether the user has been diagnosed with ADHD, it structures responses to be action-oriented, presenting the next action first and breaking multi-step tasks into numbered lists. It also reminds the user of the current progress at every turn, uses specific time units, and explains errors by focusing on location, cause, and solution. Lists are limited to a maximum of five items, and off-topic elaborations and cliché conclusions are reduced. It can be used with various coding agents and Agent Skills-compatible environments such as Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Zed, making it useful for developers, students, and technical writers.
